Capture your eerie essence just in time for Halloween! Get dark, daring or devilish in a twenty-minute personalized photo session captured and edited by Kyra Creative and directed by Nikki Viscera.

Creative Direction: We will be working in a dark space with a few lights to create mysterious, unsettling or bold vibes. Gothic, grimy, gruesome or grunge, we’ll highlight your look. We will also have a plastic drop sheet available which can be incorporated into your setup or allow for use of fake blood if desired. PINTEREST: A few visual references for inspo.

You will receive a gallery of unedited proofs to select your final images from. Final images will be licensed for personal / promotional use - meaning you can post them/print them/use them for fun or as promotion for you as a person/artist, but NOT for commercial use.

*You may purchase additional final edits for $25 each or 5 for $100. Payment for extra photos must be received before final images will be delivered.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We love making dark and twisty art, but it’s important to share responsibly. As creative collaborators, we ask that you exercise caution and consideration when sharing images that may be disturbing or triggering. Consider where and how you’re sharing and include trigger warnings if needed.

Take care to avoid cultural appropriation.

No real weapons. Inclusion of fake weapons subject to approval, please be in touch.

Refunds

I understand that refunds for ‘Viscera Presents Darkroom Session Mini Photoshoots’ will not be available on or after October 4, 2025. I must email viscerapresents@gmail.com to request a refund on or before October 3, 2025 at 11:59pm to be eligible for a full refund.

Transfers

I may (up to 12 hours before the shoot begins) request to transfer my spot to another attendee via email to viscerapresents@gmail.com.

Our offerings are intended to create opportunities to push yourself and explore the edges of your bounds, but we also encourage you to do what is right for you - physically, mentally and emotionally. General Liability

I agree to take full responsibility for my well-being and for any risks, injuries, stress or damages known, or unknown, which I incur or may incur as a result of participation in any Viscera Presents events and training activities.

I knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all claims I have, or may at any time in the future have, against Viscera Presents or any of its instructors, subcontractors, or representatives.

Code of Conduct

I understand that I am required to abide by Viscera Presents’ Code of Conduct at all times and that Viscera Presents reserves the right, at their own discretion, to prohibit me from participating in any and all further activities if I am found to be in violation of any of the following rules. I am not entitled to a refund if I am not able to participate in events due to a Code of Conduct violation.

  1. Treat everyone with respect. Participate while acknowledging that everyone deserves to be here and each of us has the right to enjoy this experience without fear of harassment, discrimination, or condescension.

  2. Harassment is not tolerated. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal language, intentionally judgmental or demeaning comments, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome sexual attention, disrespect of clear personal requests and boundaries.

  3. Consent is crucial. Always ensure you directly and explicitly ask for consent before demanding someone’s time, participation or emotional energy, and especially before touching another person or entering their personal space. Consent is a continual process and needs to be obtained consistently and enthusiastically.

Model Release

I hereby grant Viscera Presents permission for the copyright and use of photos or videos they may capture of me/my likeness while participating in Viscera Presents events / training offerings in digital or print format for promotional purposes including, website, social media, publications, news releases, marketing materials, and in other communications for an indefinite period of time. [*If you prefer not to have photos or videos of you shared publicly, please email us at viscerapresents@gmail.com to let us know to omit you.]

Photo Copywright and Ownership

The copyright of all images created by Photographer (Kyra Wittkopf) is owned by Photographer. Until final payment for services rendered is made, the photographs produced by Photographer are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without written permission. 

Reproduction rights are strictly limited to the use specified within these terms. An agreement must be reached with Photographer before the images are used for a different purpose or after the license to use has expired. Photographer reserves the right to charge an additional fee if the images are used for purposes other than what is shown on Photographers invoice and/or quotation. 

All original digital files and proofs created by Photographer remain the property of Photographer. 

The Photographer reserves the right to make reproductions of images created during assignments for portfolio and personal marketing purposes only witht express permission from the Client (unless otherwise agreed upon).

LICENSING/BUYOUT: The Owner hereby grants the Client UNLIMITED; EXCLUSIVE; PERSONAL + PROMOTIONAL; WEB + PRINT use of the delivered Final Images, with no license expiry date.

UNLIMITED: The Client may use these images without credit to the Photographer. They may make additional edits to the images for use as necessary. (Credit is always appreciated where possible. If you do alter the images and you do include a credit, please mention that additional edits have been made.)

EXCLUSIVE: Neither The Photographer nor Viscera Presents may sell any images from this shoot to any other party or use them for any purpose beyond portfolio and personal marketing, with prior consent from the Client. 

PERSONAL USE: (AKA - Just for fun.) The Client may use/reproduce these images for personal, non-commercial purposes. If Personal Use only, the Client may NOT use these images in any way that promotes themselves professionally or supports a business or money-making endeavor of any kind.

PROMOTIONAL USE : (AKA - I am promoting myself as a person/professional.) The Client may use/reproduce these images within/in support of their own personal projects, communications and promotions (i.e. LinkedIn, on your personal or personal professional social media channels or website, as a bio image). The Client may NOT use these images to directly sell/promote a product or service or in promotional support of a third party business or organization. The Client may NOT give or sell the images to any other party for commercial use.

REPRODUCTION LICENSE: Unless specifically agreed upon, the Client may NOT sell an item which features the images for profit (such as selling a print, t-shirt or book which features the image). The Client may NOT give or sell the images to any other party for commercial use. 

WEB: The Client may use/reproduce these images via any online/digital platform (website, social media, email communications, etc.), adhering to the specified use license. 

PRINT: The Client may use/reproduce these images on any printed items (personal prints, posters, brochures, signage, etc.), adhering to the specified use license.
